My apartment is aprrox 1800 square feet with all marble and wood floors. It has 3 bedrooms and a den and 2 balconies. It has a spectacular view both north and south. I paid $100,000.00 for all in 2004 and today it is worth approx. $250,000.00. And I believe values with continue to go up. This condo in Florida would be worth well over $600,000.00

I have known Steve and Real Estate Colombia since 2003. I have met some wonderful girls through the agency and have met some great friends. Although I have yet to meet the one woman I want to spend a life with – the agency has more than done their part in introducing me to some really quality women.

I love Medellin and I had an interest to buy an apartment in Medellin back in 2003. The market was just starting to take off, the exchange rate was very favorable, and the political climate in Colombia was the best it had been in decades. I needed to get a Colombian VISA and a Colombian cedula (identification) in order to open a bank account. Steve helped me personally to obtain my cedula from DAS in Medellin. Without his help I probably would not have been able to proceed as quickly as I did with putting in an offer on my condo and transferring the money to Colombia while the exchange rate was so favorable. Steve introduced me to his attorney who assisted me with the closing on my apartment and everything else associated with buying my property. I remain good friends with her today and I have extreme confidence in her ability and character.

To sum it up – my experience with Colombian Sweethearts has been fantastic. I believe Steve and his agency can be of great assistance to anyone looking for a beautiful woman, a beautiful apartment, or a beautiful life in Medellin.
